1Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the kno88 website accessible at kno88.cam and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.
• "Account" means the individual registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and uses the Platform to participate in gaming or betting activities.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account, inclusive of deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts, where applicable and subject to the conditions herein.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal request is eligible for processing.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by kno88 before processing withdrawals or in connection with Account security reviews.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" means the Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency denomination used for all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone for all Platform-related dates, deadlines, and service hours unless otherwise stated.

2Eligibility

Use of the kno88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times during your registration and subsequent use:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or relative of any employee of kno88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform under any prior Account.
• You confirm that you are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and that you understand the inherent financial risks associated with wagering activities.

kno88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of Account access and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the kno88 Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts linked to the same individual — identified by shared personal details, device identifiers, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and valid contact details. You further agree to promptly update this information should it change. kno88 bears no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information.

• Registration is free of charge. kno88 does not levy a registration or account maintenance fee.
• Account registration by automated means, bots, or on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.
• You must not use false, borrowed, or synthetic identities when registering. Accounts created with fraudulent details will be terminated without notice.

4Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. kno88 will never contact you to request your password via any channel — including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to request your credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and not reuse it across other platforms or services.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify kno88 support without delay if you suspect unauthorized access or notice any unrecognized activity on your Account.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

kno88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable credential security. In the event of a verified security breach attributable to a Platform fault, kno88 will work diligently to restore affected balances at its reasonable discretion.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kno88 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment channels are supported:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• Digital wallets (e-wallets): OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within minutes for e-wallet transactions. Bank transfer timings are subject to the operating hours and internal processing schedules of the respective financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawal instructions will not be honored.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
• kno88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such delays.
• Bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal (see Clause 6).

kno88 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kno88 bears no responsibility.

6Bonuses & Promotions

kno88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to major fixtures such as BRI Liga 1, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia international matches.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are awarded at kno88's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonus credits. Bonus funds must be rolled over the specified number of times in qualifying bets before any portion may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds have been depleted, unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to reduce wagering exposure, or coordinated group activity — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent Account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash equivalent unless the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

Seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Nyepi — are offered at kno88's discretion. Specific eligibility criteria for each campaign are published within the promotion details on the Platform.

7Betting Rules & Conduct

All wagers placed on the kno88 Platform — including sports markets such as bandar bola (football bookmaking), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), and voor bola (Asian handicap lines), as well as togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws and sabung ayam (cockfighting betting) markets — are governed by the specific game rules published within each respective product section of the Platform.

Players agree to the following general conduct standards:

• Bets are final once confirmed. kno88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers after submission, except where permitted under the specific rules of the applicable market.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or credited winnings (including system or pricing errors), kno88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and rectify the Account balance accordingly. Players will be notified of any such corrections.
• Collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting at scale, or any other form of dishonest conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• kno88 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the Account of any Player found to be engaging in conduct detrimental to the fair and orderly operation of the Platform.
• Void bets, abandoned events, and postponed fixtures are handled in accordance with the relevant sport's or game's specific rules, as published on the Platform.

8Responsible Gaming

kno88 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment. We enforce a strict 21+ age policy and provide the following tools to help Players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps at any time via Account settings.
• Session time reminders: Alerts can be configured to notify Players when a specified session duration has been reached.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gaming habits are becoming problematic may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion period, during which access to the Platform will be suspended.
• Reality checks: Pop-up notifications can be enabled to display net session activity at regular intervals.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the kno88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of kno88 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from kno88.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kno88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated winnings.

kno88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform availability. We maintain a target uptime of 99.9% but accept no liability for temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You acknowledge that betting and gaming activities carry inherent financial risk and that kno88 is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of participating in such activities. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kno88's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11Amendments

kno88 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. All prior versions of these Terms are superseded upon publication of an updated version.

12Governing Law

kno88 is operated by an internationally incorporated entity. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kno88 is incorporated, to the extent permissible. For the avoidance of doubt, kno88 does not claim to operate under any specific Indonesian domestic gaming license, and Players access the Platform at their own legal discretion in accordance with the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's rights under any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in their jurisdiction and that cannot be excluded by contract.
